This guy(poster) has followed me the last 8 years. He reminds me everyday about this tiny little thing I can do to make the world a little bit better place to be.

It goes from your face to your brain, mind, heart, full body...and it jumps off your face and over to others heart, brain, and energy. And did you know, a fake smile has the same function; it starts processes in your body which again lead to a real smile. Conclusion : smile 😊
